An error appears when the program is starting, I attach the details of the error. During the installation in play on linux an error occurred that said that two files did not match, they were a long series of numbers and letters, but after skipping the error the installation was completed. I mention this part because it may be related to the problem. I hope I have given enough information, I am very new to linux.
