To reproduce: rm -rf .wine wget http://internap.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/staruml/staruml-5.0-with-cm.e... wget http://kegel.com/wine/winetricks sh winetricks vcrun6 wine staruml-5.0-with-cm.exe Then run the app, and do File / Open and load one of the examples. You will see an OLE error dialog, and the fixme fixme:msxml:domdoc_put_onReadyStateChange When you quit, the app will crash: wine: Unhandled exception 0x0eedfade at address 0x0000:0x7ee2b974 (thread 0028), starting debugger... Crash log is attached. Note that i tried opening a sample, which failed and returned a messagebox with "OLE error 80004001". On closing the app, it crashed with unhandled exception. Whole log isn't needed. Attach part of it, let's say a 1000 lines before crash and crash trace itself.

It just displays a message with E_NOTIMPL error code.
