Where 0x40242 == VFW_S_PARTIAL_RENDER
      0x80004005 == E_FAIL

The first known instance happened on 2023-08-08 in a merge request (there is no
known instance in the previous 6 months). Also it seems to mainly happen in the
GitLab CI:
