After launching SourceInsight, most of the main menu-bar items cannot be
expanded using the mouse. Some are, and there seems to be no consistency in
which items respond and which do not. Moreover, item responsiveness changes
throughout the session.
I am referring to the top-level items: File, Edit, View, Window, Help etc.
It is important to note that these menu items are still accessible through
keyboard shortcuts.
