Also, using a straight windows machine and the same input file... the analysis completes in a little over an hour. The machine that was used was an I5 with 8GB. I ran the program in 1.7.51 and after two hours terminated the process. I am using a 64-bit ubuntu 14.04 machine, xeon processor with 64GB to run the process. Also, using a straight windows machine and the same input file... the analysis completes in a little over an hour. The machine that was used was an I5 with 8GB. Thank you :).
