the programm it self isnt that bug  
but the qtgui4.dll  
 
and yes I have the source, but the bug isnt source related at all 
but if you wish I can upload it 
 
beside the programm is self has a bug, I can make the window bigger but 
not smaller, fullscreen and not fullscreen switching works, I wonder why
