[Bug 13045] New: CSTEXT32.OCX not properly registered.

"CSTEXT32.OCX or one of it's components is not properly registered. A file is missing." I received this error when trying to run the EOL Power Player Tracker & Wheeler. I believe cstext32.ocx is a 3rd party set of components. I attempted "wine regsvr32 cstext32.ocx" from the command line and received the output visible in the attached file.
