There is currently no "windowscodecs" component in Bugzilla.  It is likely
there will be a number of bugs opened for this DLL, so it should be worth
adding one.

Generally speaking, it would be handy to have all components listed (or sets of
components), as all components are capable of producing bugs.

Technically, yes, but if we list every single component, the list will quickly
get out of hand, since many components of windows are unimplemented in wine,
yet don't cause a problem.

If you need a component added, just ping me or any other bugzilla admin on IRC.

I've added this component, marking fixed.
