According to the log you are using Wine 1.7.37, not 0.9. Nevertheless, its still outdated a bit, so please try if using a more current version like 1.8 works.

Did you try in a fresh prefix, and check permissions?

You need to retest in a clean wineprefix using plain Wine 1.8, and make sure you have the latest version of winetricks from https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Winetricks/winetricks/master/src/winetrick.... Winetricks dotne45 installs without any problem for me in 1.8.
