This happens when starting the program. I've also tested it with office 2007 installed and running it from office 2007. Has black bars in My Library pane instead of text, I have not been able to fix that with riched20 override. When started from word 2007 still gives "No error message is available" message. Message disappears when endnote is minimized and restored.
