Install ie8 with winetricks and use a native msvcrt workaround the bug. Note
that you must launch the software twice to bypass the error message reported.

I'm unable to reproduce a crash with wine-3.2 or wine-10.19 when installing or
launching the 64-bit version of PowerISO 7.1. I also have no problem installing
or launching the 64-bit version of PowerISO 9.2 with wine-10.19.

I think the prospect of reproducing an issue, if one still exists, with a
contemporaneous version of PowerISO 7 and the latest Wine is unlikely with the
limited information provided, so I'm resolving this bug as abandoned.
