Are you sure you use the right version of mathdll.dll?

The error message:

Unhandled exception: unimplemented function
mathdll.dll.?SetView(a)CMCWindowObj@@QAEXPAVCView@@@Z called in 32-bit code

looks like there is something wrong with the mathdll.dll that wine has found.

Try running with WINEDEBUG=+loaddll and look whats going on.
