If you run MetaTrader with old WINE prefix (but new WINE; BTW, your WINE is very old) there is really will be such a bug because your WINE prefix is broken. But if you reinstall it in clean WINE prefix - there is no such bug. So what you need to do is to upgrade to latest WINE version (0.9.54 or git), run: rm -rf ~/.wine && wineprefixcreate ...then install the program again (above command assumes that you are using default WINE prefix; if not change it accordingly).
