Terminal output mentions a lot about dmime (see attachment). Appears possibly related to: http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=25753 http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=9027 http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=23373 But since I'm no expert, it should be someone else's decision to say if its a duplicate. Installing dmusic with winetricks and overriding the DLL still gets sound working as it did before, but still causes lag everytime a sound is played (other than background noises it seems) and the lags are so strong it makes the game unplayable, as it did when I first reported.
