[Bug 2084] TheBat! 1.62r can't access top menus (eg. File, Special, Folder, Mailbox...)

1.62r works fine here. That is with all built-in dll's.
(you can check that with --debugmsg +loaddll)

Also try upgrading wine to 20040309, at the least it solved for me a bug that
made some messages unreadable.
