Есть такая замечательная программа TagScanner решает проблему перекодировки 1251 в UTF. Да и вобще, на мой взгляд лучшая программа для работы с тегами. В принципе работает под Вайном, но при нажатии Делит или Бакспейс выдаёт ошибку (скриншёт прилагается). Эт конешно можно обойти выделив текст и нажав пробел, но это не решение. Посмотрите, что можно сделать.
