[Bug 6095] MOTD in counter-strike 1.6 and counter-strike source does not render

If I cut "<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN"
"http://www.w3.org/TR/1999/REC-html401-19991224/loose.dtd">" from server
motd.txt, and try to connect this server, client hangs up. Add this line or
simple delete motd.txt - connect normally.

As I understood, IE6 from winetricks can't parse document without this line,
yeap?
