When opening multiple files, the current Working directory isn't set, where as
selecting a single file does.

Using Enterprise Architect.
Use clt+alt+O

Select a single text file. (Working Folder is set).
Open another file, this time multiple files in a different directory.
(Working Folder isn't changed).
