The installer installs, but when trying to run the program it complains that some files are corrupted.

The problem is not identical to the original one but there is still a bug, at least more clear now.

Although this bug was opened against the Polish version I believe it should also happen in the English version.
I could not find much information about WMCreateReaderPriv.
If I am reading this old archived newspost correctly, it would appear that this function is for internal Microsoft use only: http://www.verycomputer.com/414_472caa2e5044c12b_1.htm hence the reason they don't appear in the MSDN.
