[Bug 2620] notes 6.5.1 fails when trying to switch ID in windows modes other than win98

Current Wine from cvs installs and runs Notes 6.5.4 and 7 
(see bug 5736 for the last patch needed).  
The reported problem is still present: Switch ID causes Notes
to crash if wine is set to Win2K, but doesn't crash if Wine is set to win98.
