Hi, I don't think I can see any difference before and after that commit. The
framerate is very unstable, but I can't experience nothing that I would really
call a lag, even while playing with keyboard and mouse.

I'm using Sniper Elite 4 from Steam, with the Steam client running inside Wine.
Is that your setup too? Are you using a controller or keyboard and mouse? Which
GPU do you have?
