[Bug 16194] New: WC3 - invisible chat
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=16194 Summary: WC3 - invisible chat Product: Wine Version: unspecified Platform: PC-x86-64 OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: -unknown AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org ReportedBy: jsfrerot(a)egliseespoir.com This problem have been seen on the whole wine 1.1.x series using Ubuntu 8.04 and 8.10 When playing any multi-player game of Warcraft 3 Frozen Throne (BNET or Local Area Network) Players using wine can't see chat from other players using wine and in a random way can't see chat coming from normal windows client. To reproduce the problem, start a multi-player game with to clients using wine. For invisible chat from real windows, start a 5v5 game and you won't be able to see chat from a random number players for the whole game (when you don't see the chat for one player, it's always the same player you'll have problem with for the whole game).
