[Bug 12168] New: Supreme Commander: Bloom renderer makes screen flicker

According to bug 10453, the renderer should've at least worked sometime around 0.9.48 to 0.9.52, so it must've broken between 52 and 58. I noticed that sound (when moving over buttons, etc.) continues, so the game is still active.
