Slideshow to reproduce the crash

The attached slideshow causes PowerPoint viewer 97 (and PowerPoint 2000) to
crash in winemp3.acm:III_dequantize_sample().

I have attached the backtrace.

The line where the crash occurs is:

I don't think this fixes it, but I'll mention it here anyway for reference:

winemp3: Fixed mpeg3_streamsize.

mpeg3_streamsize must estimate the number of samples of an mp3 chunk. 
The result must be block aligned (PCM) or frame aligned (MP3).

With current Wine there's no such crash any more. Slideshow from attached
document just hangs Viewer. Inserting mp3 file into blank slide doesn't work
either - a failure message box appears.

P.S. after installation MPREGVideo entry in system.ini is reset from default
value "mciqtz32.dll" to (16bit?) mciqtz.drv. I returned it to default before
testing.
