It seems to be a titlebar as it can be dragged when left-clicked. How do i find the cause/fix for this, it is the main annoyance when using Protel in wine. However protel cannot be minimized by clicking it on the taskbar when it is maximised. It can only be minimised by clicking the - on the titlebar. I have also noticed this with various apps in windows in certain situations.
