When entering a battle in Areena 5 the game crashes with a runtime error
dialog:

"Run-time error '75': Path/File access error"

This bug makes the game unplayable.

Can you retest with wine-1.3.0 to see if the problem persists? I assume
http://www.iki.fi/seppos/areena/Areena5121.exe is the program you are talking
about?

It also happens with Wine 1.3.0.

This doesn't happen with clean Wine 1.5.9 anymore. So please close this bug.
