Instant action and single missions have no such problem. After selecting Campaign from the main menu you can create a campaign. Pressing on the <Accept> button will pop up a window: 'Please enter campaign savename:'. However the game seems to be frozen at that point, neither mouse nor keyboard respond any more. The same problem occurs with Wine-0.9.33, 1.0.1, 1.2.2 and so on. Tested in a clean Wine prefix, only native d3dx9_36.dll was placed into the game directory. No demo available.
