[Bug 15797] New: Install exe not working

If I double click, right click open with wine, or open it through Ubuntu's terminal all that happens is a bit of a pause, the blank wine desktop pops up and then quickly fades away. Verification (at both ends of the installer) works fine, as does installation. Shortcuts and program entries are created properly. After nearly finishing the install (~99% complete), it says: "Failed to create C:\Program Files\Perfect World Entertainment\Perfect World International!" No update for three years and download is not available. Is this still an issue in 1.5.23 or higher ? Or should this be closed as abandoned ?
