It happens on Windows 10 too. One can reproduce it on: w7u-de, w7u-es, w7u-pt-PT, w10pro64-de, w10pro64-fr, w10pro64-pt-BR, w10pro64-pt-PT. Note that not all locales have the issue. It probably just depends on whether the style names have been localized or not. So maybe the right thing to do is to just skip these tests in non-English locales.
