I then ran the clone, config and make. But trying to reinstall Studio with the test had several errors, so I thought I'd install Studio with the fresh copy. It installed cleanly and it runs cleanly. I'm not sure what happened as I had reinstalled several times prior to opening the bug but I must have missed something. As everything seems to be working fine, this bug can be closed.
