[Bug 3661] ozi explorer does not work at all

I'm WRONG (partially).  After a 'WINE Tools' preparation, the installation of
Ozi goes OK.  However the entry of the registration info  ('user name' and
'key')  does not work.

If the registration file 'oziexp.reg' is copied from a previous WINDOWS
installation, Ozi seems to work OK:  it will load and display calibrated maps. 
Have not tried the GPS input to the serial port.
