Is it crashing at the copy step or the paste step?  What kind of data are you
copying/pasting (e.g. plain text, styled text, an image, application-specific
data)?

Does it only crash when you both copy and paste within the Legacy program? 
That is, if you copy from another Mac app and paste into Legacy, does that
crash?  What about if you copy from Legacy and paste into a Mac app?

In addition to the answers to those questions, could you collect a
+tid,+clipboard,+seh log.  See items 10.1 and 10.2 at
http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#get_log.
