solved!!
LANG=fi_FI.8859-1 wine "C:\Ohjelmatiedostot\Finale NotePad 2007\FinaleNotePad.exe"
and now it works.


but I get the following error message many times
fixme:font:GetKerningPairsA Can't find codepage 42 info
