[Bug 3636] [LaunchINFSectionEx - stub] MDAC 2.7 installs, but its DLLs never get unpacked

The patches are the four messages starting with

I applied them; they built fine, and MDAC 2.7sp1 installed
fine, but I had to do

cd "$HOME/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/Common Files/System/OLE DB"
regsvr32 oledb32.dll 

before I stopped getting error messages from the app I was trying to start.
(Hrm, maybe doing a wineboot would have helped; I didn't try.)
