The viewer can be obtained here: http://www.venueweb.co.nz/vw6038.exe. Wine also reports viewer exits incorrectly. The drawing renders correctly in wine-1.3.22-332-g016b7c5, although I do see the crash on exit.
I upgraded to Wine 1.3.23 and still see incorrect rendering.
