The mentioned solution at appdb [1] does not work. Calling wine -c 0 returns:

wine: cannot find L"C:\\windows\\system32\\-c.exe"

However taskset -c 0 works for me as mentioned in the comment [2]

The "mentioned solution" is part of a user test report, not a maintainer note.
Test reports are prone to user error and nothing in them should be viewed as
official recommendations. 

The entry has a maintainer; you might want to contact him to suggest he add a
maintainer note with the correct syntax.
