Refining summary. Removing 'dotnet' keyword, it's reserved for MS .NET Framework (Mono = 'mscoree' component). WPF is supported with native MS .NET Framework 3.x (winetricks). With some workarounds (windowscodecs, corefonts) it seems to start.
