No that means attaching them.
Upgrade your Wine version - it's old.
Not a blocker - read description.

Try installing dcom98 and using rpcrt4, ole32, oleaut32 from it (overriding as
native).

The problem seems to be in unimplemented "RpcBindingCopy".
