The problem seems to be that the installed programs are not executable. The installer installs GPG4WIN and the "Visual Studio Redistributable 2010" (or 2013). The attached kde-post-install log shows that the programs are not executable despite the fact that they exist. The logfile with WINEDEBUG=+all is attached. The problem seems to be that the installed programs are not executable.
What do you mean by "not executable"? Since the program is run through wine, it doesn't need the executable bit set. The issue here is that the "set PATH=" command doesn't work properly in wine cmd, the programs are still not found before restarting cmd. Confirmed that with this patch the install completes without error. With "are not executable" I meant that most executables fail without error when trying to start them. But this seems to be a different issue and not caused by the install failure. _Maybe_ the programs expect some (running) server processes. Will further investigate this.
