[Bug 26635] New: SketchUp 8 cannot use the componants tool

This tool is central for much of the basic functioning of SkecthUp as a 3d tool - so I've marked this as 'major'. I don't think you'll find this problem in there. I say no activity in the log as I tried to use the componant tool. Looking a bit closer at what heppened it looks as though the in model selection is dropped as I click on the componant tool. So it may be that the problem here is to do with reacitons to mouse clicks instead of anything to do with the componant tool. Selected several components and dragged them onto the plane.
