It is not an extreme case, but it is still very annoying. This is sad, because other then that the games run flawlessly. Information on the TFix patch can be found here: https://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=134733 The patch basically makes the game playable on modern PC's. I was able to play to near completion without any problems at all, I didn't notice any mouse lag.
