Vampire: Bloodlines has problems with showing the graphics. I assume that
everything that is not a lightsource is not drawn.

There is a workaround for the problem (start a new game, when the game reaches
character generation the graphics are fixed), so it is not really a problem.

Also the problem might not be wine only, as this bug was not there when i
played the game a year ago with 0.9.49. But when i now use 0.9.49 the problems
are still there. so a change in the graphic driver or some other part of linux
might have caused it.

my configuration
ubuntu 8.04
nvidia 8600 GT with 169.12 driver

I will attach screenshots to illustrate the problem.

What kind of wine logs would be helping to solve that problem.

screenshot when it is looking right (the screenshot does not)

on the screen it looks right, but on the screenshot bigger parts of the game
are missing?

while making screenshot i found out, that screenshots are also looking wrong,
even when the game on screen is looking right.

when wine is run with a virtual desktop, the screenshot is showing correctly
what is on the screen.

but the bug does also happen with a virtual desktop.

i updated to 173.14 (newest driver in ubuntu reps) and it did not change the
error

but i found out that the error only occurs when GLSL is enabled.
