[Bug 13537] New: Can not install MDAC - Regression

Background:
With Wine / Ubuntu 7.04, wine installs and winetricks will properly
install dcom98, jet40, mdac25 (My app requires all 3)
Upgrade to Ubuntu 8.04, wine and my application continue to work. (But I did
not need to run wine tricks or make any changes either).
On a fresh install of Ubuntu 8.04 and wine, mdac will no longer install.
The error "windows" reports is "Error Loading SETUPAPI.DLL".

Don no file any bugs while using winetricks. Especially if that's for
winetricks themselves.
