dxgi_output_WaitForVBlank dxgi_factory_CreateSwapChainForComposition DCompositionCreateDevice (with IID_IDCompositionDevice)

I did some testing, and it seem to needs the following:
dxgi_output_WaitForVBlank dxgi_factory_CreateSwapChainForComposition DCompositionCreateDevice (with IID_IDCompositionDevice)

Well, if it worked with 9.22 and doesn't in 10.0rc1 and you're sure about the commit, than it's the definition of regression.
