[Bug 51417] New: msftedit.dll v8.5 for Windows 10 requires SbSelectProcedure from NTDLL

This version is required because of new features implemented - embedded PNG/JPEG support. Wine implementation of msftedit and riched20, as I can see, has no embedded PNG/JPEG support nor TOM interfaces, but this is a scope of another issue.
