Hi, a user submitted garbage testresults for this app in the appdb. Seems to be
some kind of editor they use at the European Community (Brussels?)

The application fails because of unimplemented stuff in msxml3:

fixme:msxml:xmlnode_GetIDsOfNames

Then there's a window about an application error, and that's where the fun stops...
