There are no speakers in it, so it makes noise inside it. Perhaps some bug with the video card in Wine and it gives more load on the cable. That's my guess. What type of monitor? What are the driver and screen settings? Does it depend on .txt file content? Without more information, my guess is that it is an hardware issue [1]. Checked too through FrequenSee In both cases xfwm 4.13.1 AMD RX460 AOC 21.5" G2260VWQ6 amdgpu.dc=1 / 1080p / 60Hz Yes. There is no problem with an empty file.
