Hope this bug will be fixed as my sister is annoying me... Sorry to post twice, but i searched and found this on the Microsoft website: "This problem occurs if a program makes a request for memory with the MEM_TOP_DOWN flag set. A bad pointer may be returned, causing the Dr. Watson error message."
So this is the problem that happens with Wine?

This is some sort of sanity check done by the app, find out what this->windowMinimized is supposed to be and why the assertion fails, or ask the author of the program.
