A wireshark trace of the exchange shows that the server only includes its own certificate in the exchange, and the client sends an error with the message "Unknown CA" and resets the connection. Bug Importance shouldn't have been altered from normal -> minor. minor: For minor loss of functionality, or other problem where an easy workaround is present An installer not working is not a minor loss of functionality, and you didn't provide any easy workaround.
