should be localisable.

It's very strange that localized strings would be in the registry. Are they
used anywhere in Wine's UI? Does Windows have localized strings in the same
place?

Yes, they're used in Wine Control Panel / Internet Settings / Security. They're
initialized when the prefix is created, so you'll have to create a clean prefix
after changing and recompiling to see the changes.

The texts are there, but I think Windows doesn't really use them.
